Risk Score Engine
SAFE calculates a composite risk score from five weighted evaluation categories. Each category reflects a distinct dimension of supplier health. The score drives a four-tier classification — from Approved to Recover Now.
Higher score = greater risk. Customer escapes and phase-outs trigger automatic classification overrides regardless of score.
Auto-Override: Customer Escape or Phase-Out conditions bypass the numeric score and escalate classification directly to Recover Now.

Every SAFE assessment outputs one of four classifications. Each maps directly to a response action — no interpretation needed, no committee required.
